If you have an emergency while traveling (such as fire or traffic accidents), or other trouble, complaints or questions, the following telephone numbers may be useful.


*110 may be used for any emergency. It is the first number you should call in order to be quickly directed to English-speaking personnel. All of the banks listed above provide automated services in English, and some even provide English speaking staff, so if you have any bank-related trouble, you will be well served by them. All of the airlines, telecom companies and express delivery companies listed above offer English language services.

Shenzhen Government Online

This is the portal of the Shenzhen Municipal Govemment, As an important part of Shenzhen's e-government, "Shenzhen Government Online" is the first platform where government agencies at alllevels in Shenzhen can disciose government information,provide online services and conduct interactiveexchanges via the Internet,allowing them to showcase Shenzhen' s charm.
