Based on the principle of being "people-oriented and serving residents," and focused on the overall goal of creating "one community and one brand" in an international community, the East Coast Community has dug deeply into the various social and human resources of the community, while adhering to the principle of "combining China with the West," and actively constructing an international human settlement environment. The neighborhood is home to nearly 130 foreigners from 27 countries. In recent years, by beautifying the environment, carrying out colorful cultural activities, building bilingual "volunteer" teams and providing bilingual consultations for foreign residents, the community has strengthened its services, cultivated its culture, listened to public opinion and gathered the people's wisdom to enhance the sense of belonging among Chinese and foreign residents.
