Vanke City is the most international community on Bantian Street. It hosts two garden-style communities as well as several famous high-tech enterprises, including Huawei and Xintianxia. There are 100 foreign permanent residents, accounting for about three percent of the registered household population. Among them, Indian, German and American nationalities make up the majority, and most of them are employees of high-tech enterprises like Huawei. With the most concentrated population of foreign residents on Bantian Street, this community is striving to improve its environment, enrich its cultural activities and enhance the quality of its residents by building Vanke International Community.
