Introduction
Established in 1988, SIS is the oldest and largest international school in Shenzhen. It offers preschool to high school enrollment across two campuses, with a primary school in Shekou' s Sea World and a high school a bit to the north in the Dongjiaotou neighborhood. It is an IB World School offering PYP and DP curriculum accredited by Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). To work there, teachers must have full teacher certifications and licenses from an English speaking country. It offers programs for native French speakers from preschool to grade 1 and for native German speakers from kindergarten to grade 5.
