For lunch, I most definitely recommend the Baia Burger Concept (BBC), which focuses on craft burgers, beers and juices. All the patties are made of 100% Australian Wagyu beef that is ground in-house, cooked to a tender juicy medium pink and served on a freshly baked brioche bun. With two locations in Shenzhen, and one in Koh Tao Thailand, Baia Burger Concept is committed to high quality products, unique recipes, and a one of a kind atmosphere. The Baia Restaurant Bar & Grill, not to be confused with their casual burger concept, is perfect for a date, a celebration, or to impress business associates. This is a much finer dining experience, offering a vast dining area, an exclusive private dining room and al fresco seating, and serving authentic Mediterranean and Italian cuisine made with only the freshest ingredients and products. Both offer amazing lunch deals and the food is simply what you would expect from a Western restaurant almost anywhere outside of china.

From the ambiance to the staff, it is a good experience if you want to inlroduce any of your local friends to real restaurant service and food quality, and their prices aren' t high considering their location and the quality experience delivered.

They also do awesome parties on the weekends and their catering service is top notch. If you love meat, Baia is the place to go. Never underestimate their burger, as they make the whole thing from scratch with some of the best buns and sauces you can eat, generally served with fries and a side of truffled mayonnaise, which is the best part to me as people generally only give ketchup with fries. Vegetarians, don' t feel bad, they also have a great selection of salads and meals to please you.

It's also a great place for great cocktails, so bring your date, be it for an afte drink with friends or to start an evening and party mood. Their breakfast is al really generous and yummy, so it's 100% worth checking both places out.
