Geoffrey originally came to Shenzhen almost a decade ago as an English teacher, working for institutions like the Nanshan, Futian and Luohu foreign language schools. He was a runner in both high school and college, sometimes logging hundred-mile weeks. In 2014, however, a new fitness bug bit him: Irfting weights. Over the following years, he slowly transformed his physique, going from 68kg all the way up to 96kg, and multiplying his strength on most lifts. This process was fueled by his burning passion and a relentless quest for knowledge about all tilings diet, nutrition, performance and technique related. He' s since turned to helping other people transform their bodies, working with everyone from competitive athletes to those just looking to get healthier by making small changes in their lives.
